Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Positive mentality and outlook to leading the team
- Communicate and uphold brand standards amongst the team
- Oversee guest services and set the example of being detail-oriented and positive
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and develop the team through coaching and mentoring
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant chef experience
- Must have a broad knowledge of high-volume, scratch kitchen operations
- Must be self-motivated and hands-on
- Ability to maintain high-quality standards in the kitchen
- Experience working with top tier seasonal products
