- General Manager – Restaurant Responsibilities:
- Oversee, train, and develop all management and staff.
- Continually evaluate processes and staff to improve the performance of the restaurant as a whole.
- Strong financial acumen with controlling costs and generating revenue.
- Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivate return business.
- Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and build a strong team.
- In charge of all hiring and training, which includes setting up interviews for management and creating training documents as needed
- Use provided tools to analyze business patterns, labor trends, and sales history to make smart and effective business decisions.
- General Manager – Restaurant Qualifications:
- A college degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong communication, supervisory skills, organizational skills, and computer literacy required.
- Must have 5 years of food and beverage experience, with 2 years preferred in a fine dining atmosphere.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
