Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of proven Assistant Manager experience in the restaurant or hospitality space
- Experience leading shifts or teams in fast food, QSR, or a similar environment
- Strong skills in hiring, training, team development, scheduling, and expense management
- A win-at-all-costs mentality with a drive to grow
- Strong work history—we don’t do job hoppers
- A passion for people, service, and building a culture of excellence
