- You have 3+ years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale casual or fine dining environment
- You excel in team development, training, and leading by example
- You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role with strong attention to detail
- You have extensive knowledge of inventory, food costing, and kitchen operations
