Join the opening team of a new SOHO flagship boutique specializing in custom luxury jewelry. We're hiring multiple full-time and part-time Luxury Sales Consultants to help launch this exciting new location. If you're passionate about luxury, have a strong client book, and love building relationships, this could be your next big move.
Luxury Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Drive luxury sales and create a world-class client experience
- Build and maintain a strong book of repeat clients
- Stay updated with luxury fashion, jewelry, and style trends
- Represent the brand with a polished yet approachable demeanor
Luxury Sales Consultant Requirements:
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience (tenure matters)
- Proven book of business (required)
- Japanese or Spanish language skills preferred
- Trend-savvy, personable, polished—but not stiff
- Able to thrive in a "cool but realistic" boutique culture
Luxury Sales Consultant Schedule & Compensation:
- Store Hours: 11 AM–7 PM
- $24–$27/hour + 2–3% commission on all sales
- Average sale size: $5,000–$13,000 per customer
- Benefits include bonus opportunities, healthcare support, PTO, vacation, and sick days
