Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to fuel our growth in key commercial markets. If you’re a passionate sales professional skilled in building relationships, strategic prospecting, and driving revenue, this opportunity is for you. You’ll play a vital role in uncovering new business opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and achieving aggressive growth goals.

Competitive base salary ($75K–$85K) plus commission-based incentives.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

Design and implement a strategic sales plan to grow market share within the commercial property sector.
Identify, connect with, and secure new clients through proactive networking and outreach.
Deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential partners.
Build and maintain lasting client relationships to drive ongoing business success.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to boost brand awareness.
A proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
