Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Benefits:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst – What makes you a great fit:
- Must pass required state and company background checks
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified or in the process (we will help you complete your certification!)
- Experience working with children in clinic and/or at-home settings
- 1-2+ years of ABA experience (preferred)
- Be able to work onsite or in the home
- Genuine passion for helping children
- Must be able to commute to Colorado Springs or be willing to relocate to the area
Board Certified Behavior Analyst – What you'll be doing:
- Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Supervise and train registered behavior RBTs in the implementation of BIPs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure children receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
