Plant Production Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the production team, ensuring efficient plant operations
- Oversee production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain timely delivery
- Collaborate across departments, including Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, and Maintenance
- Support continuous improvement by utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools and implementing OEE systems
- Utilize Power BI to monitor and report on production metrics
- Drive innovation through process improvements, preventive maintenance, and product launches
Plant Production Manager Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred), Manufacturing, or Business
- 5-10 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- Proficiency in Power BI and OEE methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
