Plant Production Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support the production team, ensuring efficient plant operations
  • Oversee production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain timely delivery
  • Collaborate across departments, including Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, and Maintenance
  • Support continuous improvement by utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools and implementing OEE systems
  • Utilize Power BI to monitor and report on production metrics
  • Drive innovation through process improvements, preventive maintenance, and product launches

Plant Production Manager Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred), Manufacturing, or Business
  • 5-10 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
  • Proficiency in Power BI and OEE methodologies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
