A respected personal injury law firm in Tampa is seeking an in-house Legal Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead branding initiatives, forge key partnerships, and drive case acquisition through innovative outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee brand and business development strategies in alignment with firm goals and Florida Bar ethics rules
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with law firms, clients, and community organizations to drive case referrals
  • Collaborate with internal content creators to build a strong digital presence, including blogs, social media campaigns, and press releases
  • Organize and participate in community outreach initiatives, speaking engagements, and industry events
  • Lead marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring compliance and consistency across all platforms
  • Build relationships with local media contacts, seminar coordinators, and event vendors to maximize public relations efforts
  • Support co-counsel partnerships and client growth strategies through proactive networking and relationship management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in marketing, business development, or brand management
  • Previous experience in a B2B services environment; prior law firm or professional services experience preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and business development campaigns independently
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with attorneys, partners, and community stakeholders
