Executive Chef – High-End Wine-Inspired Concept

Are you a passionate, hands-on culinary leader with a love for locally sourced, seasonal cuisine and upscale dining? Our growing restaurant group is seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of our elevated, wine-inspired restaurant concept. We’re looking for a driven, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, refined setting and brings both culinary artistry and operational excellence to the table.
What You'll Do:
- Lead by example with a hands-on management style, inspiring and motivating your team daily
- Curate and execute daily specials that enhance our seasonally driven, locally sourced menu
- Oversee high-profile private events and special tastings with precision and creativity
- Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff—developing future leaders from within
- Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, and ensure kitchen efficiency
- Maintain optimal staffing levels based on business needs and forecasted volume
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining environments
- Proven track record of team leadership, training, and development
- Strong organizational skills and financial acumen
- Deep understanding of inventory control, cost management, and kitchen systems
- A true passion for seasonal, from-scratch cooking and guest satisfaction
