Executive Chef – High-End Wine-Inspired Concept
Location: Baltimore, MD
Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
Are you a passionate, hands-on culinary leader with a love for locally sourced, seasonal cuisine and upscale dining? Our growing restaurant group is seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of our elevated, wine-inspired restaurant concept. This is a unique opportunity to put your creativity and leadership to work in an environment where scratch cooking, craftsmanship, and guest experience are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re looking for a driven, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, refined setting and brings both culinary artistry and operational excellence to the table.
What You'll Do:
- Lead by example with a hands-on management style, inspiring and motivating your team daily
- Curate and execute daily specials that enhance our seasonally driven, locally sourced menu
- Oversee high-profile private events and special tastings with precision and creativity
- Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff—developing future leaders from within
- Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, and ensure kitchen efficiency
- Maintain optimal staffing levels based on business needs and forecasted volume
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining environments
- Proven track record of team leadership, training, and development
- Strong organizational skills and financial acumen
- Deep understanding of inventory control, cost management, and kitchen systems
- A true passion for seasonal, from-scratch cooking and guest satisfaction
