Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year
We are hiring for a nationally recognized and rapidly growing structural engineering firm, currently active in 39 states, delivering impactful work ranging from the preservation of historic landmarks to the design of cutting-edge new developments. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead structural design projects, support client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee structural engineering projects from start to finish
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective project execution
- Supervise and mentor project teams; delegate tasks and maintain team performance
- Interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings, models, and verbal instructions
- Conduct construction administration duties, including reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs
- Perform on-site inspections to evaluate construction progress and quality (travel up to 25%)
- Participate in client presentations and project meetings
- Monitor billable hours and project performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
- 5+ years of structural design and project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM platforms
- Previous experience with client-facing roles and collaborative team environments
