We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Personal Lines Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in insurance or a related field who is ready to build a long-term career. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- 1–2 years of experience in a contact center or similar environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with closing and quoting over the phone
- Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn industry software quickly
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with quotes and coverage options for personal insurance lines
- Support new business generation through inbound leads and outreach to potential clients
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and timely follow-up
- Process policy updates, changes, and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Stay current on product offerings, carrier guidelines, and industry best practices through training and development
Benefits:
- $45,000 base salary
- No cap on commission (average $20,000 annual commission)
