We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join a leading upscale casual restaurant in Buckhead. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, leads by example, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in a high-volume, upscale casual environment
- Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards and restaurant cleanliness
- Assist the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial management
- Uphold brand standards and ensure operational efficiency
- Act as General Manager when necessary to maintain smooth operations
Assistant General Manager Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, inventory, and cost control
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Experience in upscale casual or fine dining environments preferred
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
