Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a high-performing culinary team
Develop and execute seasonal menus with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency
Maintain top-tier kitchen operations, including inventory, costing, and vendor relationships
Uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
Foster a culture of respect, discipline, and growth within the kitchen

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
Proven success in high-end or fine dining environments
Deep understanding of seasonal ingredients, plating aesthetics, and kitchen management
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Experience with Italian cuisine, particularly with pasta
