Located just outside Washington, DC, our award-winning restaurant is known for its commitment to seasonality, craftsmanship, and a world-class dining experience. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing culinary team
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency
  • Maintain top-tier kitchen operations, including inventory, costing, and vendor relationships
  • Uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
  • Foster a culture of respect, discipline, and growth within the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
  • Proven success in high-end or fine dining environments
  • Deep understanding of seasonal ingredients, plating aesthetics, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Experience with Italian cuisine, particularly with pasta
