We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager or Director to join our team in a retail-focused environment. This role will lead marketing strategies to boost customer engagement, brand visibility, and loyalty. It is an in-office position, Monday through Friday.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media
- Manage loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies
- Analyze trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align brand messaging
Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years in marketing Manager or Director role; retail or consumer goods experience preferred
- Proficient in SEO, SEM, email marketing, Adobe, and Google Analytics
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
