Vice President of Operations Requirements / Responsibilities:

  • Must have multi-property senior leadership experience with Marriott or Hilton brands
  • Must have a track record of Company loyalty – no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years please
  • Must have strong business acumen and the ability to analyze complex financial data to make informed decisions
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, an outgoing and positive demeanor, and a genuine hospitality approach
  • Must have a passion for training and developing fellow leaders and hourly employees
  • Must have an excellent aptitude for technology – we are 100% paperless!
  • Provide visionary leadership to our property General Managers, inspiring them to lead their teams with a guest-centric mindset
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, revenue growth, and cost control
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our properties stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy rates and enhance brand visibility
  • Champion exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and service
