HOSPITALITY GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Love working in a high-volume concept where employees and guests have FUN!
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine hospitality mentality
- High-volume experience of at least $9M+ in sales revenue per year
- 5+ years of Restaurant Management experience
- Casual to upscale full-service restaurant experience
HOSPITALITY GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the company's standards of excellence
- Create and provide a positive team environment
- Lead the team through effective motivation and true empathy/care
- Execute staff training programs
- Optimize financial results (drive sales and control costs)
- Set department goals
- Establish a budget and goals for that particular area of operation
