We are seeking a Chef de Partie who thrives in a supportive, growth-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced line cook looking to transition into a Sous Chef role. Preference given to those with demonstrated skills on Garde Manger, Grill, and Plancha stations.

Chef de Partie – What You’ll Do:

  • Execute prep and service for a rotating, market-driven menu
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless service
  • Contribute to new dish development and maintain a clean, organized station
  • Assist with receiving, inventory, and deep cleaning tasks
  • Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork

Chef de Partie – What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in fine or casual-fine dining
  • Strong knife skills, product knowledge, and kitchen technique
  • Positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally
  • Ability to work calmly and cleanly in a high-paced environment

Chef de PartieComp & Perks:

  • $25/hour
  • 5-day workweek (approx. 45 hours)
