Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Denver, CO

Position Overview:
Our recruiting firm is partnering with a respected Denver law firm to find a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience in complex litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-stakes cases, from contract disputes and fraud to employment-related litigation and real estate matters. You’ll gain significant courtroom exposure, while working alongside a collaborative team that provides strong mentorship and a manageable billable hour requirement. Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on complex disputes.
- Completion of at least 25 depositions.
- Trial experience preferred, or significant experience handling disputed evidentiary hearings.
- Strong background in one or more of the following areas: contract disputes, fraud, securities litigation, non-compete, employment-related litigation, or real estate disputes.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Admission to the Colorado Bar (required).
