Insurance Sales Agent (Personal Lines) – 100% Remote | Full-Time
Base Salary + Commission | Full Benefits | 11am–8pm Eastern Time
Insurance Sales Agent (Personal Lines) Responsibilities
- Field 10–12 inbound sales calls daily
- Provide quotes and bind home, auto, and personal insurance policies
- Follow up on open leads to maximize close rates
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales goals
- Offer bundling options and additional lines to enhance coverage packages
Insurance Sales Agent (Personal Lines) Requirements
- Current active Property & Casualty license (resident state)
- 1–2+ years of selling personal lines insurance
- Experience working remotely in a fast-paced sales environment
- Availability to work 11am–8pm ET shift
- Drive to succeed in a performance-based, commission-heavy role
