Responsibilities:
- Deliver food quickly and accurately to guests
- Ensure dishes meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
- Maintain clear communication between kitchen and service teams
- Keep the expo area clean and organized
- Assist with restocking and light prep as needed
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Jump in to support team operations wherever needed
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
