Key Responsibilities:
- Execute consistent, high-quality dishes across all stations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen in compliance with health standards
- Assist with a la carte and banquet service
- Support the FOH team and contribute to a guest-first atmosphere
- Participate in kitchen upkeep and equipment maintenance
- Be proactive and a strong team player
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong knife skills, plating precision, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet for 10–12 hour shifts
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Suffolk County Food Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
