Key Responsibilities:

• Execute consistent, high-quality dishes across all stations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen in compliance with health standards
• Assist with a la carte and banquet service
• Support the FOH team and contribute to a guest-first atmosphere
• Participate in kitchen upkeep and equipment maintenance
• Be proactive and a strong team player

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong knife skills, plating precision, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet for 10–12 hour shifts
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Suffolk County Food Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
