We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven executive to join our leadership team as Vice President of Operations. This pivotal role will lead multi-unit restaurant operations with a clear focus on performance, innovation, and growth. Vice President of Operations Impact

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations with a strong, visible leadership presence
  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate guest experience, maximize revenue, and control costs
  • Optimize labor models while upholding high service standards and team morale
  • Partner cross-functionally with culinary, marketing, and brand teams to drive market relevance and competitive positioning
  • Champion talent acquisition, team development, and succession planning to build a best-in-class workforce
  • Foster strategic partnerships and community relationships that amplify our brand reach
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends through innovation in menu development and concept enhancement

Vice President of Operations What You Bring

  • 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
  • A track record of driving operational success, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Deep understanding of financial performance, P&L management, and labor efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and team development
  • Flexibility to travel regularly and operate in a dynamic, high-growth environment
