Culinary Manager Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager or Chef within a casual dining environment
- Possesses a strong command of quality food service operations
- Has a strong understanding of restaurant financial management
- The aspiration to develop your career, yourself, and the restaurant you lead
