WHAT YOU WILL GET:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Day to day beverage related responsibilities
- Responsible for working with our food and beverage vendors
- Give guests a six star dining and entertainment experience
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Strong bar knowledge, spirits, wine and beer
- New restaurant opening experience
- Experience managing at least $10M in revenue
- Experience managing 5 direct reports and 100 indirect reports
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong financial acumen
- Ownership mentality with a passion for guest experience
