We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Food and Beverages to lead operations at a vibrant boutique hotel near New Orleans. If you love delivering exceptional dining experiences, overseeing talented teams, and working with craft cocktails and upscale cuisine, this is the perfect next step in your hospitality career.

Director of Food and Beverages Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary range: $87,000–$108,000, plus bonus potential

Director of Food and Beverages Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of food and beverage leadership experience in an upscale or boutique hotel environment required
  • Strong bar and beverage management background required
  • Lead all FOH and BOH teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences
  • Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and operating expenses
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and operational standards
  • Select, train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve performance goals
  • Creative revenue generation and cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability
