A national brokerage & consulting firm is hiring a Vice President to join their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory team.
Benefits:
- $150K–$180K base salary + bonus potential
- Full package including: (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO)
In this role, you will:
- Manage Property & Casualty due diligence on Mergers & Acquisitions transactions (pre- and post-close)
- Review and create insurance risk reports
- Prepare detailed, client-facing reports on benefits risks and opportunities
- Spearhead and lead strategic projects
- Travel an estimated 30% for meetings and presentations
We’re looking for:
- Minimum of 5+ years of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Property and Casualty experience
- Excellent report writing and client communication skills
- Current Property & Casualty License or able to obtain
- Proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel and ability to manage multiple projects
