WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Responsible for day to day operations
Give our guess a great dining experience
Responsible for leading a great team
Responsible for driving revenue

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

5 years of General Manager experience in upscale full service restaurants
Solid P&L expertise
Solid tenure – no more than 4 jobs in 10 years
Energy and must be polished and well spoken and love hospitality and guests
