Our client is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with experience building a product from the ground up in the start-up space. The tech stack is React and TypeScript on the frontend, Python and Postgres on the backend in an AWS environment.

  • Design, build, and scale core infrastructure and product features.
  • Architect and implement high-performance, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Develop scalable backend services for automation and real-time data processing.
  • Lead technical discussions and drive key decisions to define long-term strategy.
  • Improve engineering workflows, tools, and frameworks to enhance team efficiency.
  • Take ownership of hiring, technical leadership, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns, helping them grow in their careers.

Founding Engineer Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in a high-growth startup.
  • Strong command of TypeScript, React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-quality software from the ground up.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
  • Passion for building cutting-edge, high-impact technology.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive innovation and technical excellence.
