We are seeking an Assistant General Manager with substantial cocktail and beer knowledge. We need someone who is confident yet humble. Someone that works well with the team but isn't fazed at holding them accountable. If this sounds like you, please apply right away so we can get to know each other.
AGM Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all things beverage related.
- Brand liaison for coordinating with all food and beverage vendors.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow thru.
- Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.
AGM Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $10 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possesses encyclopedic beverage knowledge to identify revenue streams and close opportunity gaps and develop the team around you.
- Experience with New Restaurant Openings
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 5-6 immediate direct reports and over 100 indirect reports
