We’re looking for a Professional Geologist to take charge of project management, drive field operations, and ensure top-quality results every step of the way. You’ll manage field teams, navigate complex environmental regulations, and keep projects on track — mostly from the office, but stepping into the field when leadership is needed most. If you’re energized by solving problems, leading teams, and making things happen, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities include:
· Lead full project life cycle: proposals, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
· Drive clear, consistent communication across clients, teams, vendors, and agencies.
· Deliver high-quality reports, permits, and fieldwork coordination with speed and precision.
· Inspire, coach, and develop staff while promoting a strong safety and ethics culture.
· Tackle data analysis, solve problems, and jump in where needed to drive project and company success.
Requirements include:
· Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or related field (PG license in PA preferred).
· 6–10 years of hands-on experience in hydrogeologic and/or environmental consulting.
· Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania’s Act 2 Land Recycling Program and Phase I ESAs.
· Skilled technical writer with sharp QA/QC attention to detail.
· Clear, effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.
· Willing to work extended hours when needed to meet project goals.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
