A well-established, fast-growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Rep to join their close-knit, high-performing team. Commercial Insurance Customer Service Rep Qualifications/Responsibilities:
· Active Property & Casualty license
· Experience with commercial lines servicing (COIs, change requests, client support)
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment
· Manage a shared book of small to mid-size commercial accounts and assist with remarketing efforts and cross-selling opportunities
