Are you a high-performing insurance professional with sharp M&A instincts and deep Property & Casualty experience? Do you enjoy owning the full scope of due diligence—from data analysis to client presentation?
A top-tier national risk advisory and insurance brokerage firm is expanding its M&A Transaction Services team and hiring a Vice President, Corporate Risk, to lead high-stakes due diligence for middle-market private equity transactions.
🔍 What You’ll Own:
- End-to-end leadership of M&A due diligence projects focused on P&C insurance
- Manage data rooms, extract and analyze key risk data
- Produce polished, client-ready reports and strategic risk assessments
- Present findings to PE clients and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brokers, analysts, and service teams
- Mentor and guide Analysts and Associates
- Drive post-close integration and insurance strategy execution
️ What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of direct M&A P&C due diligence experience (3+ for exceptional candidates)
- Expert-level ability to analyze policies, claims, risk trends, and insurance programs
- Strong data room, report-writing, and client presentation skills
- A valid P&C license (or ability to secure quickly)
- Comfort juggling 8–12 active deals and working against tight timelines
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution and detail orientation
💼 Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $150,000–$180,000
- Bonus: Up to $60,000 annually in a strong year
