Vice President, M&A – Corporate Risk
(Remote | ~30% Travel | $150K–$180K Base + Bonus)
A national insurance brokerage and risk advisory firm is hiring a Vice President to join their M&A Transaction Services team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead P&C due diligence for M&A deals (pre- and post-close)
- Manage data rooms and analyze insurance-related risk
- Write detailed client-facing risk reports
- Mentor junior team members and drive strategic initiatives
- Travel approximately 30% for client meetings and presentations
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years' M&A P&C due diligence experience
- Strong data room management and report writing skills
- P&C license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Proficiency in Excel and managing multiple deals (8–12 active)

- $150K–$180K base salary + bonus potential
