🚀 Crypto Finance Manager | Boston, MA | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Salary: $140,000–$150,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing
Our client, a premier private investment firm with 100+ B AUM, is adding a Web3 Finance Manager who thrives at the intersection of finance, blockchain innovation, and venture investing. If you're excited by the potential of blockchain-enabled markets and have a strong background in crypto finance or public accounting, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage third-party administrators for quarterly US GAAP reporting and annual audits.
- Collaborate with tax and legal teams to assess complex crypto investment transactions.
- Oversee cash flow, capital calls, and digital asset distributions.
- Partner on public token staking and trading strategies with external custodians and platforms.
- Prepare fund performance models, waterfall analyses, and quarterly valuations.
- Support Investor Relations with materials for fundraising and investor communications.
What You Bring:
- 6–9 years of experience in public accounting (crypto-focused) or in-house crypto finance.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.

- Base Salary: $140,000–$150,000
- Bonus: Eligibility up to 25%

- Boston-based hybrid schedule (3 days in office — typically Mon/Tues/Wed)
