What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspire, train, and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional experiences
- Oversee daily operations and support financial performance goals
- Drive sales by creating a vibrant guest experience and leading local marketing efforts (think inside the restaurant, around the block, and throughout the neighborhood)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a GM in a full-service, upscale scratch kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- A genuine love for hospitality and going the extra mile
- A growth mindset and drive to continually improve
