The Assistant Restaurant Manager creates the tone and personality of the restaurant by being an advocate of training, guest service, hospitality, product knowledge, education, food, and beverage quality. Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • No more than four jobs in the last ten years
  • Must be focused on exceptional hospitality and set the example for the team
  • Able to lead your team to achieve impeccable results through great guest experiences
  • 3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager in a casual to upscale environment
  • Available to work a variety of shifts – opens, mids, and closes
