We are looking for someone to play a vital role in our company as the Director of Operations. This person will be part of the strategy of growing the business as well as maintaining excellent operational execution.

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

Ensure a respectful and professional working culture
Oversight of multiple restaurants
People development and Financial acumen/cost management
Improves efficiency and productivity
Ensure company standards are adhered to

Director of Operations Qualifications:

2 years minimum experience in a Director level position
Ability to analyze financial data
Customer relationship management
Team building and people evaluations
Open availability, ability to travel
