The company provides cash transfer solutions, with a focus on serving the unbanked and underbanked communities. Their platform offers lightning-fast transactions, a mobile app, and immediate live customer support — offering retailers and small businesses an extra revenue stream with no hassle.
Regional Sales Manager Benefits:

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — mandatory.
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with short sales cycles (merchant services, CPG, financial services, consumer goods, etc.).
- Active, high-volume prospecting experience — 70%+ of role focused on cold-calling.
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets with measurable KPIs (must be able to explain in detail).
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — able to work independently in the field.
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Own and expand your assigned territory — 80–90% field-based sales activity.
- Cold-call and prospect into local businesses, especially C-stores and independent retailers.
- Manage a balance of new business development and account management.
- Offer top-tier customer service support, setting up businesses to easily add new services.
- Maintain CRM updates and territory management.
