Regional Sales Manager – Multiple Nationwide Openings

(multiple locations: Trenton NJ, Des Moines IA, Columbus OH, Fort Worth TX, Converse TX, Dallas TX, Albuquerque NM, Metairie LA, Houston TX, San Pedro CA, Boston MA)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 base + commission + benefits + car allowance

We're looking for motivated, bilingual sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, field-based environments and can quickly build relationships to grow accounts.

About the Role:

The company provides cash transfer solutions, with a focus on serving the unbanked and underbanked communities. Their platform offers lightning-fast transactions, a mobile app, and immediate live customer support — offering retailers and small businesses an extra revenue stream with no hassle.

Regional Sales Manager Benefits:

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — mandatory.
  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with short sales cycles (merchant services, CPG, financial services, consumer goods, etc.).
  • Active, high-volume prospecting experience — 70%+ of role focused on cold-calling.
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets with measurable KPIs (must be able to explain in detail).
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — able to work independently in the field.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Own and expand your assigned territory — 80–90% field-based sales activity.
  • Cold-call and prospect into local businesses, especially C-stores and independent retailers.
  • Manage a balance of new business development and account management.
  • Offer top-tier customer service support, setting up businesses to easily add new services.
  • Maintain CRM updates and territory management.
