This position presents an excellent opportunity for dynamic, motivated self-starters to take on diverse work assignments.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Inspector to join our team.
Structural Inspector Requirements:
- Valid Florida Inspector License required
- Valid Florida Plans Examiner License required.
- Extensive knowledge of local building codes and current construction procedures and technology
- Strong ability to prepare written plan review correspondence and update information using relevant software programs
- Capability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity and continued education with various editions of the International Building Codes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- 3–5 years of combined experience in building department field inspection and plans examiner duties
