We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our full-service hotel Food & Beverage team. If you are ambitious and seeking creative freedom in a polished dining setting, we want to hear from you.
What you bring to the table:
- Talent and creative energy to put together a stellar Southern cuisine menu using the best local ingredients
- Volume experience at or above $5M annual sales revenue, in a scratch-cooking restaurant or full-service hotel
- Ability to lead a team of 20-30 kitchen staff in executing top-quality dishes every day
- Flexible schedule and a desire to grow in your career
- Must have held an Executive Chef role for at least 3 years in a full-service hotel or high-volume upscale restaurant
