We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead front-of-house operations for a high-volume, upscale restaurant. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hire, onboard, and train front-of-house (FOH) staff and managers.
  • Oversee daily operations, guest experience, and FOH staff performance.
  • Monitor sales, costs, purchases, and P&L; participate in monthly financial reviews.
  • Approve FOH schedules, payroll, and purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and training protocols.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and resolve escalated guest concerns.
  • Lead weekly management meetings and participate in community engagement initiatives.

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of fine dining experience, including at least 2 years as a General Manager in a high-volume ($10M+ annual sales) environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems (e.g., 7Shifts, Margin Edge).
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
