Our client's rapidly growing and well-established steel erection company is looking for an experienced General Superintendent. This organization builds structural steel frames for single-story, multi-story, mixed-use commercial and warehouse spaces. The General Superintendent is responsible for the overall functions of the team from the initial bid to the final walk-through.
General Superintendent Perks:
- Competitive annual base salary up to $160K

General Superintendent Requirements:
- 7-11 years of General Contractor General Superintendent work experience
- Strong commercial structural steel knowledge
- Ability to interpret blueprint drawings
- Proficient in all phases of industrial structural steel erection and detail
- NCCER certification, preferred
- OSHA 30, required
- College degree in Construction Management, preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Solid work history and progression
- Valid driver's license in good standing
