Assistant General Manager – Upscale Restaurant Group | $80K+ Range
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, highly respected restaurant group that is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in high-energy, upscale environments, and know how to build strong teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence
- Manage staff scheduling, floor supervision, and guest satisfaction efforts
- Partner with the GM to drive smooth, guest-centered operations
- Implement systems, enforce standards, and foster a culture of accountability
- Maintain tight cost controls across labor and operations
- Solve challenges quickly and positively while keeping the team motivated
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of AGM or similar leadership experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants
- Experience overseeing $8M+ in annual sales
- Strong leadership skills centered around culture, structure, and development
- Genuine passion for hospitality, great food, and memorable guest experiences
- Ownership mentality and strong floor presence
- High energy, positive attitude, and a drive to continually improve
