This position presents an excellent opportunity for dynamic, motivated self-starters to take on diverse work assignment
We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Inspector to join our team of professionals.
Electrical Inspector Job Responsibilities:
- Perform field inspections during various stages of construction
- Read and examine plans and specifications when required
- Report violations and maintain files/records
- Perform other related duties as required
Electrical Inspector Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of local building codes and current construction procedures/technology
- Interpretation of codes in the field and ability to provide code-compliant solutions
- Demonstrated initiative and independent judgment in problem-solving
- Electrical Inspector License required – Florida Standard Inspector License
- Florida Commercial License is strongly preferred
- BORA certification preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in municipal code inspections
