Seeking an experienced Upscale Dining Room Manager in Charlotte! Do you love guest-first service and hold yourself and your team to a high standard? This could be the team for you!

Dining Room Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the team through example of guest-first attitude
- Guide culture of respect
- Assist in all facets of day-to-day operations
- P&L, scheduling, and ordering
Dining Room Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years in a leadership role of a full service upscale casual or fine dining restaurant
- Strong tenure in prior employment
- Front- and back- of house proficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
